Always a fun afternoon! Join us at Girls in Aviation Day at the airport - grab a cone or ice cream sammich and learn more about what opportunities there are in the aviation industry.

This is a free event for the community to learn more about the aviation industry and the vast array of careers available!

There will be pilots, aircraft, local companies, colleges, aviation schools, and many professionals on hand to talk about careers in aviation and STEM to help inspire future generations to follow their dreams into a future in aviation.

The content of GIAD is geared towards girls ages 8 to 17, but everyone is welcome to attend! Bring your family, your friends, your troop, and your group to learn more about aviation!

Hands-on educational activities will be demonstrated to help attendees learn about the principles of aviation.
