Kitchen Basics

Learn all the basics! This is a review of the main tools you need if you are just starting out setting up your kitchen. These are some of Meg’s most-often used tools when she’s cooking. Review cutting boards, different knives, baking tools, measuring tools and more.

Pantry Basics

Are you a brand new cook? Do you need to know the foundational ingredients to keep on hand for your cooking needs? Meg walks you through some pantry staples to have on hand. Learn about different oils for cooking, basic vinegar types, broths, dry ingredients, and seasonings, and ways to use them.

Kitchen Clean-up

It’s important to keep your kitchen tidy and clean! Meg will walk you through what she does to stay on top of the mess as she’s cooking and what remains to be done when the cooking is complete.
