Want to raise funds for us?
Use our Tip-Tap station at your next event.
We have an easy way for you to collect funding donations at the door for your next event. Our Tip-Tap unit will accept $5, $10 and $20 donations from smart phones and debit or credit cards. Just put the display on a table or ask a volunteer to carry the lanyard, your guests walk up, tap their card or phone, and the money is transferred immediately.

HOW TO DONATE
We accept donations in all forms. Donate online through Canada Helps, or visit our main office to give a cheque or cash donation.
There are several ways you can donate:
TRIBUTE GIFT
Make a meaningful donation for any special occasion. We will send a card with your special message to the person to whom you dedicate your gift.
IN MEMORY
Gift in memory of someone who has passed away. We will send a card acknowledging your gift to the bereaved family.
PLANNED GIFT
A planned gift creates a legacy to ensure everybody eats in Red Deer and Central Alberta in the future.
BEQUEST A GIFT
You can Bequest a gift through your estate planning.
GIFT OF SECURITIES
We can provide a Gift of Securities form to easily transfer shares you wish.
CHARITABLE TRUST
Gift an asset through a Charitable Trust.
LIFE INSURANCE GIFT
You can leave a gift through your Life Insurance Plan.
RETIREMENT FUNDS GIFT
You can leave a gift through your Retirement Funds.

Canada Helps accepts Interac, MC, VISA. Donations can also be made via e-transfer to donations@reddeerfoodbank.com. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS ON THE TRANSFER TO RECEIVE A TAX RECEIPT.
Taxable donation receipts are available upon request. Cheques are payable to Red Deer Food Bank Society.
CORPORATE DONORS
The local business community is incredibly supportive of the Red Deer Food Bank and we are incredibly grateful for their contributions.
Some small and medium enterprises host food drives and fundraising activities and bring in checks for hundreds of dollars. Other larger corporations can leave us with thousands which goes a long way during the peak season of our service.
We also receive many substantial gifts from individuals in our community, and in-kind contributions from service groups and businesses that deserve recognition.
Every bit of it helps feed the need.
We are reviewing our donor recognition program to ensure that we adequately acknowledge the many different types of gifts we receive from the community every year.
