Support the Red Deer Food Bank & The Mustard Seed in CNOY 2024!

Let’s help those who are homeless, hungry & hurting.

The Red Deer Food Bank is excited to be partnering with the The Mustard Seed and Coldest Night of the Year for Canada’s largest fundraising walk to combat poverty and homelessness. Since 2011, individuals and groups across the country have been raising money to end homelessness in our cities.

Join us on Saturday, February 24, as we take to the streets in Red Deer!

We’re looking for compassionate folks who want to help people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.

40 years and counting.

As it happens, both the Red Deer Food Bank and The Mustard Seed are entering their 40th year of service in 2024. With a common purpose of giving assistance to some of the most vulnerable in our community, it was a perfect fit that they should collaborate on this event. These organizations are now working together for a common cause as they not only engage in collaborative community spirit, they will raise funds to alleviate hunger and provide support for those in our community in greatest need.

The goal: to raise $100,000 to do good work in red deer & area.

The Red Deer Food Bank and The Mustard Seed have set an ambitious goal of raising $100,000, to be shared equally between the organizations. They are now seeking Team Captains to gather friends and families to join them on a 2K or 5K walk, and raise funds to meet this objective.

Everyone is welcome to come out and support those in need. More than ever, your generosity matters.

Visit cnoy.org/reddeer to register a team, volunteer or make a donation. Registration is completely free!
